TV is fine but Insignia warranty process was bad

The first one had issues from the start and the warranty service from Insignia (part of Best Buy) was terrible. It took three to four weeks and multiple trips to the store to get it sorted. In the end, the TV is fine for what it is, a budget television.

Simple to set up. Just follow the directions. Awesome that the "smart features" are built in nicely. Can function solely as a stand alone "live tv" set if the smart features are not of interest. The price was right, and in stock for easy store pickup during these uncertain times of COVID-19.
