HOWEVER. It's only been a month and my tv's sound is going out randomly and aggrevatingly. I went through best buy.com and a call center, the website person said i could get a discount/coupon through the call center and they'd honor, i Called the call center and they said that there's nothing they can do for it. it's only a month old, i shouldn't be having audio issues. I could bring it into the store, but then it'll work perfectly fine because to fix it all you gotta do is unplug the tv: but i don't want to be constantly unplugging the tv to hear anything. I just want a soundbar, i bought one off amazon because i was fed up with best buy, but the one i got is kinda low audio quality. I'm still wanting to purchase a good one from best buy, but the way i was treated by customer service makes me hesitant.
