    Great TV for the price. Arrived damaged! Called Best Buy for any compensation or extended warranty as I did not wish to repack and return and assumed this would be the best option(s) for both parties. After ~ 1 hour on the phone (20 minutes just to verify my identity), representative ultimately told me to call the manufacturer and ask for extended warranty. Really?? Poor customer service encounter.
