    I purchased two Insignia tvs because service provider was not providing tv service any more. On a fixed income I needed lower cost Tvs. These work fine except for picture quality.

    Open box nightmare

    Purchased tv open box was out of town missed return window. Returned they are sending it out for repair. tv works for 20 minutes then reboots from start, then about every 5 minutes after. I will never buy open box again this Tv was returned and resold should have been returned to the company.

    The TV is great... At first... This is my second one and it's already messing up too. Hadn't had either longer than 6 months before having issues. Really disappointed because now I'm probably stuck with a non working tv

    It's got a nice bright picture, but FireTV is not very good. Minimal apps are available, so I attached our Roku it looked good, but then got a series of HDMI security errors. Also, it won't default to HDMI and insists on going through the FireTV menu. I packed it up and it will go back. Buying a Samsung, those at least work.
