    Terrible picture ruins a great sounding TV

    The picture quality on this TV is TERRIBLE! For a UHD TV, the color depth is extremely low, and you can see huge amounts of pixelation in black segments of the screen. Additionally, the picture skews extremely yellow in color, even after lots of adjusting and fine tuning. The built-in Fire TV is underpowered to the point where we had to buy an external Fire TV and use that instead. Also, the built-in Fire TV is not compatible with standard Fire TV remote controls, so you can't add additional remotes. The good news is that the audio is possibly the best I've ever heard coming from the built-in speakers. It's too bad the rest of the experience is such a dumpster fire.

    Eh. Price was cheap, but picture quality is like a 6/10, color quality the worst (3.5/10), audio was okay (5/10) price the biggest advantage obviously (8/10 considering its new) build ( 5/10) is average. I’d recommend this as the maximum budget you can spend on a tv and can’t Find cheaper for used or other sellers during a seasonal sale. I’m rating it 4 stars for the price (: also it comes with Amazon tv which I don’t like but it has a usb where you can connect any box you might have .

    Got this in April and its now november. This TV is not very good. I have major sound issues with using any of the HDMI ports sound would be so low you have to turn it the next min it would extremely loud where you have to turn it down. There is no consistancy. I tried multiple soundbars. Internet was anoyher issue. Did factory reset 8 times and it would work then issues came back. Called Insignia customer service and they told me to contact the sound bars manufactures. Then they wanted multiple videos and pictures and still didnt offer any help then they closed the itcket. Annoyed. Do not buy this piece of crap.

    Product Delivery Delayed and Left on Sidewalk

    I place orders strategically so they say they will be delivered during the business week. Then they get delayed and deliver on a weekend when we are closed. I even called and tried to stop the last two and you are not able to talk to the store shipping the product and the customer service representatives did not do anything to prevent delivery. There should be a business account or a option to pick delivery days so Product does not sit on the sidewalk all weekend. Yes, the SHIPT driver left 3 TV's on the sidewalk in front of the business all weekend after I called to ask for the delivery to move to a weekday.

    It’s a decent TV, however, it doesn’t integrate with Spectrum’s streaming app, so I had to purchase a Roku stick.

    Visible HDR Grid is Very Distracting

    4K quality is great, but the "HDR" grid is noticeably visible when the screen is dark and seriously distracts from what's on the screen. I'm not sure if it's my specific screen or an issue with the line, as all my other Insignia TVs over the years have been great and still work.
