    The quality of the TV is good except when the TV was taken out of the box there was a scratch on it. Instead of going through the hassle of returning we set it up and when viewing it wasn’t noticeable. Just frustrating it’s there from out the box.

    This tv is a piece of crap don’t waste your time on insignia products from Best Buy the theater speakers and TVs are bad! Purchased and while watching YouTube it cuts out to green images as breaking up has an extreme lack on the remote function and he quality for 4K is questionable!I used to have an old led 50 pound tv from 2012 with a firestick hooked into hdmi outlet never had a problem. Also randomly the tv will turn on when I’m not in the room on Netflix at level 70 in volume extremely loud disturbing as heck. Why the heck when the power is off and suddenly goes on when the sound was at 10 level before goes blasting loud at max volume like that. I would get my money back but too late stay away from this company and bestbuy!

    I had to return it because the motherboard was defective and it would go blurry after it was on for several minutes. Although I will give a few stars however because it was light and easy to pickup and setup.
