Purchased and while watching YouTube it cuts out to green images as breaking up has an extreme lack on the remote function and he quality for 4K is questionable!I used to have an old led 50 pound tv from 2012 with a firestick hooked into hdmi outlet never had a problem. Also randomly the tv will turn on when I’m not in the room on Netflix at level 70 in volume extremely loud disturbing as heck. Why the heck when the power is off and suddenly goes on when the sound was at 10 level before goes blasting loud at max volume like that. I would get my money back but too late stay away from this company and bestbuy!

For a UHD TV, the color depth is extremely low, and you can see huge amounts of pixelation in black segments of the screen. Additionally, the picture skews extremely yellow in color, even after lots of adjusting and fine tuning. The built-in Fire TV is underpowered to the point where we had to buy an external Fire TV and use that instead. Also, the built-in Fire TV is not compatible with standard Fire TV remote controls, so you can't add additional remotes. The good news is that the audio is possibly the best I've ever heard coming from the built-in speakers. It's too bad the rest of the experience is such a dumpster fire.

I suppose you will find a lemon every once in a while with any product. The picture kept dropping out, and not just a black or blue screen, but a grainy swirl that reminded me of the first sentence in William Gibson's Neuromancer. I have had previous Insignia sets that worked fine and lasted several years. I have already returned this one.

I'm not sure if it's my specific screen or an issue with the line, as all my other Insignia TVs over the years have been great and still work.
