TV going out after 6 months.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase most of my electronics and appliances because their products and customer service used to be top notch. 6 months after purchase this tv began intermittently losing picture and sound. Trying to get product support and warranty service was an absolute nightmare. Trying to contact your local Best Buy gets you sent to a call center in India to be hung up. Trying to chat gets you nowhere either. Won't be making any further purchases from Best Buy.

Therefore i deleted acct and im not using tv the way its supposed to be.

Cheap, but it should be.

Frustrating.

Wouldn’t connect to wi-fi after multiple attempts. Finally connected to wi-fi and then wouldn’t finish its update. Dug out an old Ethernet cable and plugged directly into router. Still wouldn’t update the software. TV image is great, operating system not so much. 2 hours and counting and still not set up.

Stopped working after 3 weeks

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I loved it and loved that it could be controlled by my Alexa dot but then I’m not sure what went wrong but the whole tv stopped working after 3 weeks. I looked up what was wrong and there was different buttons you had to press in certain sequences but none of it worked. So the geek squad came to take a look at it and said it needed a new part even though it was 3 weeks old which I never leave bad reviews but it’s kind of ridiculous. So then I had to wait 2 weeks to get the new part. Not very happy with it.

Insignia 43 inch FireTV huge disappointment!

Never had a problem with Insignia TVs until this one. FireTV is terrible. All my other TVs are streamed through Roku with no issues ever. I cannot watch a movie with it not losing the WiFi signal at least 5 -6 times., No problems with the other 4 TVs in the house streaming through Roku. ,if I could return it I would. WiFi signal checks out strong in all area of the house. Unfortunately this TV will be donated to the thrift store. Absolutely disgusted with this purchase.

If you do I would buy the extended warranty. All 3 TV'S I bought, either the sound, picture or both went bad within 6 months to a year

1 Star – The warranty service is not worth the pap

However, recently the picture went out. After restarting the TV, it briefly returned to normal for about an hour before displaying vertical color bars. I attempted to resolve the issue through Insignia's support, but unfortunately, their assistance was unhelpful and essentially non-existent. Given that the TV is still under warranty, I contacted Best Buy for support. They informed me that the only way to address the issue was through an in-home service appointment. However, as I am unable to take a day off from work, this solution is not practical for me. The warranty, while offered, does not seem to provide the level of support or convenience expected. This has been a frustrating experience, and I feel the warranty coverage is not as effective or accessible as it should be.
