Best Buy Is a Total Rip Off

It was like pulling hen's teeth to get a replacement, despite my paying for a 2-year warranty. In the process, what I learned was the scam you have. You only guarantee your products for 15 days???? So customers must PAY for your product to WORK? And when it fails you only provide a GIFT CARD? What a scam. And so you know, the replacement is beginning to FAIL. I'm considering, when it dies like the first one, despite only being in my home a couple months, driving to one of your stores and dumping your garbage outside your crook's doors.

Bad experience

I asked customer service and they asked me to go to the nearby bestbuy store.I went the nearest one half an hour away. And the store said they dont have. Then I go back to the customer service. Its so riduculous that this time, the agent said the tv donesnt need screws. And again asked me to go to the nearby store. I am enough and explained to them store doesnt have either. Then the customer service said they have no idea how to solve it.

Doesn’t Work. Freezes intermittently.

Literally the 3rd same Insignia TV after Exchanges and it still doesn’t work. When you go to devices and Restart TV it works every time. Problem is if you turn the TV off with the remote or it goes to sleep it comes back EVERY time working intermittently. Runs for 2 seconds freezes and runs for 2 seconds again over and over again. You then have to go to Devices and restart the TV for it to work right. 3 TV’s in a row and Tech support from Amazon, Best Buy and Netgear can’t figure it out. Disappointing and really irritating.

Worst tv review

A tv screen should not do this for this short amount of time. I am out of the warranty I have tried trouble shooting I will never buy this type of tv

Good price not user friendly for old people

After about a week my mom said give me back the old tv. The tv remote is very small and could be easily lost. There is always a hassle with powering on and going through complicated looking input menus to turn on regular cable tv

Terrible TV

I messed up and didn't research anything beforehand. You can get a much better TV for the same price. I would've taken it back for a different one and I would've spent another $150 or $200, but unfortunately it's now passed the 15 day mark. Keep looking, you can do better!

Disappointed with Insignia TV that didn't work.

I brought the TV home and installed it and attempted to turn it on. It was defective and did not come on. I returened the TV the next day and purchased a Roku TV that was in stock at my local store. I brought it home and plugged it in and ti worked fine. I was very unhappy with the Insignia but do enjoy the Roku TV.

Ultimately, you have to unplug to completely reboot the TV. Internet connection is frequently dropped. I would not expect this many issues with a TV that was purchased less than three months ago.

A waste of time and money

My prior Black Friday $90 TV had lastsd for 6 yesrs (it still works(. I waited several months to attempt to put this TV up, using the stand. After several hours, im completely frustrated. Theres a whole Q&A section devoted to the ridiculousness of the stand. The worse part is the manufacturer clearly knows the deaign is more than flawed. Im pass my return tome, but im done wasting my life on this TV. I will likely donate it to a shelter that can mount it on a wall.

TV Nice - Product Support Not So Much

It took much time, searching, phone calls and research to obtain an owners manual. Very frustrating dealing with Best Buy. This TV does not have Bluetooth capability.

Open box actual damage

When you buy something open box you aren't expecting screen damage. I just won't be doing business with you guys anymore I was going to just suck it up and keep it to myself but since you keep emailing me and reminding me to leave a review here it is.
