DISAPPOINTED FOR SURE!!!

When I inquired about that, I was told it would cost me $200.00 for the set up. It's unlikely I or my family will be back to your store.

TVs do not last that long

Disposable TV

I have bought 2 in the last 3 years. I am an older woman who does not abuse it or add any game systems to it. Save yourself the money and buy a better brand.

Don't Buy Fire TVs

It sometimes takes 30 seconds or more before my inputs show up because Amazon's ads have to show up before you can literally do anything with this TV. It wouldn't be bad if not for the FireTv feature.

Fire This TV

One of the resons that I purchased this unit was because of the built in Fire TV app. The picture using the app delivers is very low quality image, very fuzzy. I've been forced to use a USB Firestick in order to improve the image.

Not worth it

There’s sound issues and picture quality isn’t the best. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but it should at least be decent quality and it’s not.

It forces you through a lot of the FireTV options, so if you are looking for a television and bringing your own device (like an Apple TV), I would send a few dollars more on something else not as tied to Amazon.

Came Damaged - Could be poor build quality

The side of the screen is bulging and it makes for a werid looking picture. Not sure I would recommend this TV based on build. The functionality of the Amazon Fire interface seems fine though. I opened the box day after the return eligibility timeline so BB will not honor a replacement.

Warranty my foot!

They say a technician is only available to come "look at" my tv M - Thur. I make more in 4 hours of work then the tv costed. They refuse to honor the warranty! Think twice before buying a tv by Insignia. If it fails, it will be your new paperweight unless you take off work to accommodate they're technicians.

Missing parts

No sound! What's up?

Have reviewed the entire set-up and settings and can find no apparent reason for this. Not a happy camper....
