    Slower than my Samsung and LG tvs decent if you just want something cheap but doesn’t come close to Samsung or LG in terms of quality

    Volume increases on its own. Remote non working periodically. Frequent Audio Out of Sync: adjust 3 times per wk & 2 times per incident. No Menu button on remote. Doing trade-in. Purchased 2/18/25. Today: 4/8/25

    Best Buy Is a Total Rip Off

    The original TV was a lemon. It was like pulling hen's teeth to get a replacement, despite my paying for a 2-year warranty. In the process, what I learned was the scam you have. You only guarantee your products for 15 days???? So customers must PAY for your product to WORK? And when it fails you only provide a GIFT CARD? What a scam. And so you know, the replacement is beginning to FAIL. I'm considering, when it dies like the first one, despite only being in my home a couple months, driving to one of your stores and dumping your garbage outside your crook's doors.

    The store is full of cracked screan tv's. They sale. I brought home three at three dufferent store visit. Others at customer service where returning a tv i was going to replace . So the store could have accepted a truck that fellover and decided well lets see if any are still good. Department audio tv seemed uninterested in customer service. Everythings a hslf answer like i knew jargan of tv sales.

    Sleep, loss image problem

    I would really love this TV if it didn’t keep going to sleep every 5 to 10 minutes. I called and asked for an exchange, but I was told there’s nothing wrong with it and that it’s just the way it’s set up. Please take customer feedback seriously—listening to our concerns would make a lot more sense going forward.

    Don't waste your hard earned money on this brand. If you do I would buy the extended warranty. All 3 TV'S I bought, either the sound, picture or both went bad within 6 months to a year

    The purchase of the Insignia 43" TV was made on 7/26 online with pickup at the store on 8/2. I brought the TV home and installed it and attempted to turn it on. It was defective and did not come on. I returened the TV the next day and purchased a Roku TV that was in stock at my local store. I brought it home and plugged it in and ti worked fine. I was very unhappy with the Insignia but do enjoy the Roku TV.

    The TV sometimes will cut on after multiple attempts with the remote. Ultimately, you have to unplug to completely reboot the TV. Internet connection is frequently dropped. I would not expect this many issues with a TV that was purchased less than three months ago.

    Sir's, The T.V. product I purchased from your store is excellent, however, I was totally misled by your team member, that your Geek Squad, would set up the T.V. etc. etc. at my home. When I inquired about that, I was told it would cost me $200.00 for the set up. It's unlikely I or my family will be back to your store.

    This TV does what it's supposed to do but it does it really slowly. It sometimes takes 30 seconds or more before my inputs show up because Amazon's ads have to show up before you can literally do anything with this TV. It wouldn't be bad if not for the FireTv feature.

    This is my second insignia TV in both have gone to a black screen with a red blinking light within a year they replaced the first one with the second TV and now it’s doing the same same thing I would recommend a different brand

    TV is nice. Product support was poor. It took much time, searching, phone calls and research to obtain an owners manual. Very frustrating dealing with Best Buy. This TV does not have Bluetooth capability.

    Overall I'm OK with this TV. One of the resons that I purchased this unit was because of the built in Fire TV app. The picture using the app delivers is very low quality image, very fuzzy. I've been forced to use a USB Firestick in order to improve the image.

    A waste of time and money

    I bought this TV during Black Friday sale. My prior Black Friday $90 TV had lastsd for 6 yesrs (it still works(. I waited several months to attempt to put this TV up, using the stand. After several hours, im completely frustrated. Theres a whole Q&A section devoted to the ridiculousness of the stand. The worse part is the manufacturer clearly knows the deaign is more than flawed. Im pass my return tome, but im done wasting my life on this TV. I will likely donate it to a shelter that can mount it on a wall.

    Had to return it as mine ended up being defective, but really was not a great experience from the start. It forces you through a lot of the FireTV options, so if you are looking for a television and bringing your own device (like an Apple TV), I would send a few dollars more on something else not as tied to Amazon.
