    The quality of this tv is horrible. There’s sound issues and picture quality isn’t the best. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but it should at least be decent quality and it’s not.

    "open box excellent" but....screen cracked and broken in multiple places with packaging in perfect shape....looks like it was sent out this way:(

    Warranty my foot!

    Picture went out in 4 months. Called Insignia under the "warranty". They say a technician is only available to come "look at" my tv M - Thur. I make more in 4 hours of work then the tv costed. They refuse to honor the warranty! Think twice before buying a tv by Insignia. If it fails, it will be your new paperweight unless you take off work to accommodate they're technicians.

    Great tv- but did not include the screws for the tv stand legs....so that's very annoying

    Came Damaged - Could be poor build quality

    Unfortunately this item came damaged. The side of the screen is bulging and it makes for a werid looking picture. Not sure I would recommend this TV based on build. The functionality of the Amazon Fire interface seems fine though. I opened the box day after the return eligibility timeline so BB will not honor a replacement.

    The idea of buying an open box item, is to save money. This item was incomplete, I had to buy all the missing parts myself. Best Buy did not want to refund my money

    Nice tv really no problems except for one. The Optical output works one day then not for 3 days then works again for a day and so forth.

    When I turn on the TV, the majority of the time, the sound doesn't work, no matter what I do. Have reviewed the entire set-up and settings and can find no apparent reason for this. Not a happy camper....

    1 star because I can’t give it Zero stars because the TV was dead out of the box. If it actually powered up and I could watch it I may have given it more stars.

    The tv had heat wave like patterns that move through it occasionally. I returned mine. You get what you pay for

    Im giving this 1 star because the tv would not connect to the wifi. I called my internet provider who walked me through different steps and they even sent a tech to the house. This is when i found out there is a default in the tv. I will take my chances and exchange it to see what happens with the next one.

    don't buy this brand Insignia , fire tv is very difficult to use and I keep loosing my programs and channels when turning off the tv and turning on the channel changes to another channel it doesn't stay in the previews channel I have to do a complete on - screen setup over again, the bad part is the amazon commercials over and over I think the tv brand should be AMAZON TV not INSIGNIA.

    This purchase is about a joke! I paid for a brand new tv and you people sent me an open box that was obviously taken out of the box and then it doesn’t even work properly ! I made this purchase in August and we’re still playing games with repairing it when you should have sent me a new tv like I paid for. I will never buy anything from Best Buy because it wasn’t a best buy. You suck!!!

    Take Prime/Amazon off This TV

    I do not have cable or satellite, and for some strange reason the TV decides what needs to be on. It will not let watch Antenna TV without the Prime pop-up. If I force it, it will then exit Antenna TV, and do the pop-up. It will even go to different channels when a selection is made. How do I return it?

    Item defective upon delivery. Screen blanks out after a few minutes. Service call took 2 weeks. The unite should have been replaced.

    This tv is annoying and frustrating. There is no way to keep it from turning off due to inactivity, so once you pause it most likely it's going to turn itself off after a certain time. I've tried turning off the screen saver and putting the sleep timer as high as it can go and nothing works. I'm ready to send it back and get something else.
