    I bought this tv in June of 2024 screen is black and I’ve had it a little over a year. A tv screen should not do this for this short amount of time. I am out of the warranty I have tried trouble shooting I will never buy this type of tv

    Good price not user friendly for old people

    I bought this tv for my 60+ year old mother to replace an old 720p lcd Sony tv it still works no problem. After about a week my mom said give me back the old tv. The tv remote is very small and could be easily lost. There is always a hassle with powering on and going through complicated looking input menus to turn on regular cable tv

    Small spot damage on actual screen. No TV stands. When you buy something open box you aren't expecting screen damage. I just won't be doing business with you guys anymore I was going to just suck it up and keep it to myself but since you keep emailing me and reminding me to leave a review here it is.

    HDR is obviously awful, but that was expected. I messed up and didn't research anything beforehand. You can get a much better TV for the same price. I would've taken it back for a different one and I would've spent another $150 or $200, but unfortunately it's now passed the 15 day mark. Keep looking, you can do better!

    This TV video transmits "wavy like" video, it's really odd. Also, it pixelates often and now has 3 very faint horizontal lines running through the picture. Should have gotten a Samsung.....

    The idea of buying an open box item, is to save money. This item was incomplete, I had to buy all the missing parts myself. Best Buy did not want to refund my money

    No sound! What's up?

    When I turn on the TV, the majority of the time, the sound doesn't work, no matter what I do. Have reviewed the entire set-up and settings and can find no apparent reason for this. Not a happy camper....

    The TV is great when you first get it but it does not last. I have bought 2 in the last 3 years. I am an older woman who does not abuse it or add any game systems to it. Save yourself the money and buy a better brand.

    Picture went out in 4 months. Called Insignia under the "warranty". They say a technician is only available to come "look at" my tv M - Thur. I make more in 4 hours of work then the tv costed. They refuse to honor the warranty! Think twice before buying a tv by Insignia. If it fails, it will be your new paperweight unless you take off work to accommodate they're technicians.

    Nice tv really no problems except for one. The Optical output works one day then not for 3 days then works again for a day and so forth.

    Came Damaged - Could be poor build quality

    Unfortunately this item came damaged. The side of the screen is bulging and it makes for a werid looking picture. Not sure I would recommend this TV based on build. The functionality of the Amazon Fire interface seems fine though. I opened the box day after the return eligibility timeline so BB will not honor a replacement.

    The quality of this tv is horrible. There’s sound issues and picture quality isn’t the best. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but it should at least be decent quality and it’s not.

    Im giving this 1 star because the tv would not connect to the wifi. I called my internet provider who walked me through different steps and they even sent a tech to the house. This is when i found out there is a default in the tv. I will take my chances and exchange it to see what happens with the next one.
