Good being defined as only missing non-essential parts. They gave me the TV and it was missing the feet/stand. Not sure how the feet/stand are non-essentail, without them, how is the tv going to stand up????

In addition, i bought numerous INSIGNIA Smart Plugs and once i got ready to use them, o wrnt to foenload the required app for setup only yo be told by INSIGNIA THAT THEY DONT SUPPORT GHE PRODUCT ANYMORE. So, now i have numerous Smart Plugs thst are sealed in boxes and one opened box thst are basicallybost anchors or paper weights. Best Buy dhould stand behind this brand and correct this issue as thry sold me procucta that NEVER WOTKED!

Annoying tv

Also buffers way more frequently than my old tv that was in the exact same spot.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star Didn't even last us a year and dealing with customer service was just as bad as the tv because they try to not replace your tv! Please fully look into the warranty and what you have to go through.

Missing TV Stand Screws + Hole in Box

I was told by customer service to return it to the store for the exchange or contact the manufacturer to replace them. I opted to order them from Amazon instead since the TV has already been unpacked.

Application Compatibility issues!
