    TV is great! Great picture! Perfect size thst replaced an old Phillip TV, that I had for several years and didnt want to replace due past smart tv had to upload apps, but the new tv I purchased was so easy...Great!!

    I got this TV for gaming and with 4k definition games look way better than the other TV's I have. I also like how I can connect My Amazon prime account to this tv. With Amazon prime I have better selections on tv shows and movies which is a plus.

      We apologize for the issues you've encountered with the remote and audio. To address the remote control issue, please try the following steps:

      1. **Unplug your Fire TV** from the power supply and HDMI input, then wait 60 seconds.
      2. **Press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button** on your remote at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds.
      3. **Release the buttons** and wait 5 seconds.
      4. **Remove the batteries** from your remote.
      5. **Plug in your Fire TV** and wait until you see the screen that says the remote can't be detected.
      6. **Put the batteries back in your remote**.
      7. **Press the Home button**. When the LED indicator blinks blue, your remote is paired successfully. If it doesn't pair, press the Home button for 10 seconds.
