      We apologize for the issues you've encountered with the remote and audio. To address the remote control issue, please try the following steps:

      1. **Unplug your Fire TV** from the power supply and HDMI input, then wait 60 seconds.
      2. **Press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button** on your remote at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds.
      3. **Release the buttons** and wait 5 seconds.
      4. **Remove the batteries** from your remote.
      5. **Plug in your Fire TV** and wait until you see the screen that says the remote can't be detected.

    Best bang for the buck 4K TV that I've ever purchased. I use it mostly as a monitor for working my IT job. Also works great for 4K streaming as well.

    This was an excellent product for the price. This TV is a great budget value. Colors are great and sound is above average. It does want to always default to FireTV each restart, but that is a minor issue.

    In my opinion, the Insignia works just as good as your big brand names. I have 2 and also put 3 in for a friend. The pic is great, plenty sharp and vivid. The sound is also very good. The price is definitely good and very affordable. I’m very pleased with the Insignia brand.

    TV works perfect for our application. It has a great picture and acceptable sound. It would be nice if they provided a remote with numbers to more easily change the channel. The voice recognition doesn’t always understand the directions.

    Amazing TV for the price! I purchased two of these TV's in 2023 + 2024 and have had no issues with either TV. This TV operates really well and has apps already loaded. It's easy to doawnload apps and link your accounts. I highly recommend getting a soundbar for better quality sound, especially in larger rooms.
