The only element I think could use improvement is the onscreen menu, which is a bit cluttered and could be better organized to more easily locate the apps you use the most.

Ghost in the machine

But it gets dark when watching some movies and TV shows. It does have a couple of quirks. It turns itself off when I am watching it, and has just started turning itself on. I don't like the fact that the "off" button doesn't actually turn the unit off. It only sleeps. I will play with the settings to see if I can fix the issue, but in the meantime I guess I'll just have to unplug it at night.

Stuck on “Searching for your remote” screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a recommended factory reset, the remote works with adjusting volume, muting and turning on/off tv however it will not proceed past the searching for your remote screen. Google showed that this was a problem that many had and could not solve. Even after recommended solutions of resetting the tv, remote, buying a new replacement Bluetooth remote, buying an Ethernet cord and downloading the fire tv app it still does not work.

Refresh rate won’t be good for gaming on these new generation consoles. But if you want to plug in an Xbox one and play your dvds and blu rays and have a nice picture quality this is a great deal

We took it off to dust the walls, it did not fall but it cracked somehow. It was off the wall for maybe 10 minutes and we did not drop it. Be careful installing it

After tweaking the picture in settings it’s an amazing tv for how much I paid for it. I am however upgrading from a 32 magnavox from 2010 so anything is going to look amazing in comparison.
