After no recourse (OOW) from said company, bit the bullet on the BB brand. It sits in a spare room that is vacant 99% of the time, but available for company if they want a TV. Been pretty good so far, but time will tell. I make it a point to turn on once a week.

The sound quality is pretty good. The bass is fairly noticable, but not as even to my personal liking. Still a great TV!

Great tv if it works

Insignia was very helpful in attepting to troubleshoot with me on the phone however that ultimately led to the recommendation of exchanging the tv. The 2nd one has given me no issues.

Other than that, the TV works just about as well as most others.
