I NEEDED A SMART TV SO I CAN DOWNLOAD ALL THE APPS LIKE NETFLIX, HULU...ETC... THIS INSIGNIA TV HAS SUCH A BRILLIANT PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY THAT I WOULD HAVE PAID A HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE FOR IT AND IT STILL WOULD HAVE BEEN A "BEST BUY"

I'm disabled and it took me 30" to break it open with a screw driver so I could put the batteries in! It shouldn't have to struggle to setup my new television! I have Netflix for free on my laptop why cant I transfer that? I always buy Insignia, that's why I'm disappointed...

Customer service was great. They shipped another TV and I had it in two days. Really happy with the TV otherwise.

The sound quality is pretty good. The bass is fairly noticable, but not as even to my personal liking. Still a great TV!
