Surprised by its quality

I bought this for my kids, it was very inexpensive so i wasnt really expected the quality to be as good as it is. It was very easy to set up and when I downloaded the amazon fire app I could control the tv from my phone. Definitely a great buy if you are looking for a decent tv that won't break your bank to buy.

Works great, and while a little slow, the smart part of it made it so we didn't have to run another device (used an apple tv box before). Plenty loud enough without running it through camper speakers.

Strength in brevity?

That being said, I purchased it late summer of 2024, and January of 2026 the back light has burned out. Whilst, I'm comfortable replacing such components...CS & IT are my business vocations...the replacement costs negates that viability. I'll have to purchase a replacement. I deign to give it an average rating. I never had a cathode tube television/CRT that didn't last at least 5 years.

(A small problem, the screws were missing and Best Buy couldn’t help with that. I didn’t want to carry the tv back for such a small problem. I used screws from and old tv, then bought them from Lowe’s.)

Easy set up with WiFi and Bluetooth. Easy to operate and a great match for me. I did hook up external Bluetooth speakers. The sound is not great from the tv, not bad but could be better.
