FireTV keeps going to sleep.

Tried to set the screensaver and other settings but doesn’t work. When you watch live tv and pause the action, it will sleep and then jump to live. Talked to Amazon and no way to change it. It is in the operating system. Returned the TV for something else. If you can live with it it’s a great tv for the money.

They do not have an instruction manual available for this, no downloads anywhere. When I contacted customer service I was told that maybe I could find something on the internet.
