    TV works great, beautiful picture no complaints about TV, but Best Buy, not so. They do not have an instruction manual available for this, no downloads anywhere. When I contacted customer service I was told that maybe I could find something on the internet.

    Tv was easy to setup, had a high pitch whining noise at first but turned the backlight setting to 100 and the noise instantly went away

    Good picture quality. Sound from built in speakers is very good.Only complaint is when turning on, have to wait before switching to HDMI2. Could not find any setting to default to HDMI2 on power up. A bit annoying. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

    I love my tv, but I found the exact product at Best Buy about 20 days later for $50 less. I'm waiting to see if they will honor the Price Check guarantee. Overall, I am quite pleased with all the items I've bought at Best Buy over the years as well as the service.
