I have no interest in using the Alexa features at all. I have seen the Terminator movies. The picture is clear and the audio is FANTASTIC. Easy and quick to set up. It took me longer to mount it than it took to set everything up. I did not realize it would link to my current Amazon account, so that was... cool, I think. I do NOT like the fact that the issues with Amazon's systems make my TV a large flat brick. Aside from that, it's a good TV, a good purchase, seamless pick up, and a fantastic price.

Picture is very clear. Only issue I have is with the volume. There are times it has to be turned all the way up to 100 because the sound is so low and no one can hear anything. Once in a while I’ll reset it and it’s back to normal. Then all of a sudden, out of no where, it go backs out and the volume has to be turned back up.
