They had an Insigna tv and wanted a larger screen. So they really are pleased with this one. Also was great for them to get a free Amazon Prime channel to try . It was switched over with the same hardware as the smaller one very easily!!!!!

The not so good: this tv shuts itself off after a few hours. You have to hit select or power to turn it back on. Of course if you stream everything it does not return you to the service you were watching. You have to go through all of the usual steps to launch the streaming app again. Not happy and can't change it, tried everything.
