Beware dirty screen with this one

The audio is pretty standard, and the processing runs smoothly. One thing to keep an eye out for on this one is dirty screen. I noticed it out of the box but gave it a couple weeks to see if it would somehow get better, but it only got worse. I watch a lot of hockey, so it's a distraction to be able to see the outline of the LED framing in the picture. I ended up returning the Insignia F50 and bought another brand.

Picture Mode keeps reverting back to undesired set

I purchased this item to use as a computer monitor using Display Mode "PC" and lock that selection in... but it keeps reverting back to "Game" mode (which does not create clear text in emails, etc.) ...Tried to troubleshoot with online telephone support... It worked for a few hours but started reverting again.
