We bought it for the RV and it's a little bit too big for the wall bracket that locks it in place, but sits on the shelf fine and we'll find a way to secure it safely when we travel. We keep our trailer at a resort for the winter, so no need now.

Apps and menus take longer than expected to load, which can be frustrating when you’re just trying to quickly turn something on. One downside is that it isn’t compatible with my Xfinity remote, so I have to keep switching between remotes, which is inconvenient. Another issue is that the TV does not power on to a specific input. Each time it turns on, I have to manually select the input again, which becomes annoying over time. Overall, the TV works, but the slow speed and lack of compatibility with my Xfinity remote make it less convenient than I hoped. It’s okay for basic use, but there are definitely some limitations to consider.

Replaced an old 32" Haier in the kitchen

It is currently compatible with the Astound TV+ app, which is why I bought it. I have had really good luck with Insignia TV's over the years

Clarity is great and it didn’t lag loading apps as much as I expected. Loads pretty quickly and linked to my pc with no problem. Looks great in my office!

Scammed by the Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase two “open box” tvs recently from my local store in Goleta, Ca. My 3 year old so. Was having a meltdown in the store so I took the “Geek Squad certified” tape at face value and trusted. Wrong move. When I got home and opened the box it was so tight that it seemed almost as if it were not the correct tv for the box. Once I removed the tv from the box and removed the styrofoam and saw the severe damage along one side of the screen. I put the tv back into the box and returned to the store the following day. When I tried to return the tv I was told that “the team there would never put a broken tv into a box”, and that “they couldn’t take it back”. I had even added the 2-year protection when purchased, just to be safe, and they refused to honor it. I was in tears. After the manager implied that I had somehow broken the tv and put it back into the box and taped it up, I asked for the phone number for corporate so that I could get this taken care of. I called and customer service told me that “there is nothing they can do.” Certainly one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I’m a single mother who is struggling and finally had some money for a discount tv and now here I am being completely taken advantage of by a business. It’s such a shame that we live in a world where the worst is assumed and no attempt in making a situation right.
