Defective Sound

We returned this TV 3 times, hoping to get one that was not defective. We even checked the batch numbers and PO numbers; they were all different. We followed the support advice. Checked/changed connections, changed DVD player, followed all reboot instructions. Hooked our old one back up... no troubles, just a smaller screen. We kept the last one purchased because of the fit, picture, and price. And because we don't intend to keep it after a year when we move.

But once we turn it on the the alexa dot voice commands work. WE have tried the different suggestions to fix this but nothing seems to work.

Great tv for awesome price!

We had gotten a free tv from a promotion about 1 year ago, and that one was so great that I just got a smaller Insignia of the same model. It's nice knowing where all of the options are going to be found, so having different sizes available is nice.

Great Budget TV
