Would Not Purchase Again

I've had it for less than 3 months and have had to unplug/reset it twice already because it stopped recognizing the HDMI port. The audio quality is horrible and goes in and out, or lags. When streaming, it sometimes doesn't have sound or pucture and I have to exit the app completely. Definitely would not recommend this, not even as a spare TV.

Disappointed

First one the screen went out less than a day after hooking it up. Returned it and got a replacement. The replacement went out after 3 weeks and we couldn’t return it. It’s hard to break down the quality of the picture, sound, and brightness when it didn’t last very long.

Awful TV

The speaker on this TV has gone out on me multiple times (24hr of turning it off has fixed it). The remote the TV came with also wouldn’t sync to the TV, I bought a new remote and it HAD to be a voice control remote in order to control so it did not sync. So I bought another remote (the third I had to buy) and it finally worked. The TV is so finicky it makes me mad. Never had these issues with a Roku. Wish I paid the extra $30 for a Roku TV.

Wrong tv

It's not the connection it's the TV and it's too big for me to take back by myself because I'm disabled. I'm kind of a poor person and I got this on sale. This is a horrible brand. Should have known better.

Should be under warranty!!!!!!!

I had t even had the tv one month!!!

Terrible experience

Spent a total of approximately 3 hours on the phone with multiple representatives to have the issues resolved. Two times a replacement was ordered and die for delivery and canceled last minute. The representative transferred me to the store and the person I spoke with was most unhelpful. I assume since I have yet to hear back from anyone at BB I will order the tv from Amazon.

TV does not leave set up menu

The remote turns it on, and once you get to the language menu nothing happens after that, but you can still turn the TV off. We waited to long to return.
