    All apps only play in sd if you want to watch apps in 4k you will have to use a streaming device. Didn’t expect that a 4k tv wouldn’t support 4k on it’s apps.

    Was lied to by store by 3 people saying they didn't carry open box items. The 4th person my daughter talked to was very helpful.

    TV does not leave set up menu

    TV won't go past the select language menu. The remote turns it on, and once you get to the language menu nothing happens after that, but you can still turn the TV off. We waited to long to return.

    I did not like why it was deliver. It was left in lobby of my building. The person did bring it to my door. I hope you read this.

    I have 2 Insignia brand televisions. The color is great, Setup is easy even for a 71 year old woman. I highly recommend this tv.

    This is actually my 4th Insignia TV. The 3rd since Black Friday. While I do not Like FireTV as much as Roku. Roku better and more intuitive set up and menus. FireTV make that mistake of connecting to a person's Prime account with protections in place to prevent users from being able to accout your account. Roku also has a "Guest mode". But otherwise FireTV is nice and almost easy to use.

    It was a complicated process returning a TV originally purchased on Amazon, but staff worked it out and completed the process. The set was easy to set up and for the price it is an excellent replacement for the older one it replaced .

    Pros: Good picture and sound. Not as laggy as other reviews I've seen mention. Cons: If you pause the TV, it will shut off a few minutes later and you have to start over and go back to the app and your show again. Frequently makes a high pitched electricity noise for seconds at a time.
