not buying again

Delivery took a bit longer than expected and when I did get the TV, it would turn on, but not show any images on the TV. Screen would turn from black to gray and I could hear the sounds of the main menu when I would hit a button on the remote, but nothing would appear on the screen. I tried everything I could to get it to turn on and nothing. Needless to say, last time I buy an open box TV, let alone one from Best Buy/Insignia. I had some issues with delivery before it even shipped out, and Best Buy’s customer service was just terrible and agents were not helpful.
