Remote started resetting almost on a daily basis. Changing batteries did nothing to help. Customer Service was useless. They could not find a solution to the problem. It is now 15 months, just a short 3 months out of the warranty period and the screen goes dark. Tried everything to get picture back. I would not buy another Insignia product again.
