Just the quality of parts we have now-a-days. I still own a working Insignia bought from Best Buy 9-10 yrs old and still running hard despite the neglect to remove the back and dust it out with some air cleaners. Bought this hoping for some good results and we've been hit with another fail. Attempting to setup GSP repair / tune up with the 2 year protection we got with it.
