The apps constantly break (hulu, twitch, netflix) The app will open, but just loads forever. I tried everything I could find to fix the apps. Nothing worked. I got this tv on sale at best buy for $200. Picture quality is good. About the only good thing. It has no built in app or function for casting/mirroring phone. Dont buy this TV if you intend to use any of the apps. Basically just functions as a 4k TV that's 43 inches, with hdmi inputs. I'd return this thing if I could, it's useless as a smart tv.

You can't just turn on the television you have to select an option to turn it on. There wasn't anyone to help with customer service. I wanted to return it. I wouldn't buy again.

After adjusting the settings, I got a serviceable image. I suggest spending 300-400 dollars and getting a much better television with a TCL 5 series or Samsung.

The system took forever to update at first, and I though the TV was defective. We went out and left it alone, and thankfully by time we came back it finished.
