Customers are saying
Customers admire the 43” Class LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV Edition TV for its exceptional picture quality, affordable price, and simple setup process. The Fire TV integration is also well-received. However, some users have concerns about the durability of the TV, with reports of short lifespans and screen issues. Additionally, the remote control could be improved for better user-friendliness, and the viewing angle is slightly limited.

Just ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv takes a long time to load. So all you see is a dark screen until the Fire screen comes up. Just like all the new flat screens the sound is horrible. This tv forces you to buy a sound bar or sound system.

Extremely poor choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made yet another poor choice in buying another insignia tv. Has to be the least quality made tv on the market. After returning the 1st. Insinia tv, I bought yet another insinia tv, of which I w as s told was a much better qualty, nope, I bought into it only to have it to glitch out like the first insignia I bought and smelled like it was burning(electrical), it began to make a crackling sound like it was shorting out!! Unplugged & returned to store to exchange & purchase a 40" Visio smart. I have 5 of these tv varying in size. Staying with a great product I know. Best Buy personnel were awesome in assisting me with returns.

Great if we used fire tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could’ve down without fire tv, fire tv menu pops up as soon as we turn it on, but we only use Netflix, the Netflix button on remote is useful. Bought it when it was on sale. Worth the $180 I bought it for.

Menus are awful
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV itself seems OK, however, the menus are awful. I use cable most of the time, so it would be nice to get down to just the cable company remote and not have to use two different remotes to turn on the tv every time. That is not possible with this TV. Even with the TV set to go to the last used input, each time I turn it on, I get the main home menu. So, I need to use the TV remote to select the cable input and then the cable remote to tune to the channel I want. I suggest purchasing a true name brand TV and staying away from Best Buy / Insignia Fire Branded TV's.

Good cheap 4k tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a good 4k tv with smart features for the guest room and this far is good. It does take some time to start up but I guess it's normal for the price and features

Already having issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had the tv for a few months and it already malfunctions. When I turn it off it stays on and occasionally has green stripes down the screen. Resetting the tv solves the problem but...

Probably good
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried the TV in a very special location. Unfortunately this model did not work in the location. I did not have a chance to use this. Best Buy refunded me 100 percent.

Great TV when it worked, broke after 14 months
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Found the TV the be great when it worked. It would freeze up occasionally and have to be restarted. At 14 month mark the screen backlight went out so had to buy another TV.

Sound problem

Great value!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, so this definitely isn't a top of the line tv. It is, however, perfect for a secondary tv. It had all the SMART features, and includes Alexa. Well worth the price!

Buyer Beware!!!! Not made to last!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The screen went black 10 months after purchase. It could not be fixed so I got a replacement (same tv). Now 2 yrs later (2 months after the 2 yr warranty expired) I turned it on 2 days ago and no picture, I can hear the voices but the screen is black (same as 1st tv). SOOO Upsetting!!!!!!!!!!

Not a great buy for a 90 year old.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess I'm just into the new technology. I didn't want to have to talk to my TV. The controler has no numbers on it, so no way to change channels. Don't like the idea of having amazon control my TV. Will never buy another smart TV.

Awful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product itself is great but was missing the power cable. Luckily I had an extra one that fit the port but I will never trust an open box item ever again.
