    Remote started freezing at startup then tv started freezing couple day later return got a different tv

    I cannot emphasize what a terrible experience I have had with this product and with Best Buy’s terrible service. First one broken, second one missing mounting feet and they wouldn’t help. That one broke in about 5 months too. “Support” invoked long waits, hang ups and unhelpfulness. I’m done with Best Buy and their house brand Insignia.

    Watching hd content on the tv is great. Playing video games are a different story my ps4 looks washed out and blurred on games that are graphic heavy.

    This tv is ok. I was not shocked at anything it could do but kinda disappointed that does not automatically go back to standard TV after watching smart TV. Although it is 4K I can’t tell a difference between this TV and my old one, which was not 4K. Biggest gripe would be the fact the stand is not in the middle but rather feet on the left and right. If your tv stand, table, etc is not long and wide. You will have issues. 5 out of 10 stars

      To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Last Input. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched.

    My TV worked fine for a year. Now after one year, the TV screen went black. You get what you pay for,,,

    It is a really good tv but since it was a present for my parents I had to exchanged it cause since it is a fire tv doesn’t have Spanish settings

    I’m really unhappy because I was told I could buy a universal remote and it will work with the TV and it did not I had to actually spend $50 to buy the replacement remote and I’m very upset and I definitely like a refund thank you and they didn’t have time to look at that front seat because we wanted to get it back to you

    Had to return this TV the same day I bought it. TV would glitch intermittently. Same problem with the Toshiba 4K Fire TV. Wouldn't recommend either.

    Truthfully I didn’t realize it was an “Amazon” tv or wouldn’t have bought it. It has taken me 4 months to get this thing figured out.

    This TV only works if you have Wi Fi and using Alexa. Everything it's pretty much voice, voice. If you want to look for a specific channel, the remote doesn't have numbers. It's kind of annoying, time wasting, nerv wracking.

    I purchased in April 2019, broke by May 2020 (or earlier, haven’t watched tv due to COVID) - won’t turn on. Contacted insignia, who stated that it is out of the one year warranty, go to a TV repair shop. This is now going in the trash. Not worth fixing - will never purchase insignia again.

    Below average quality for a Best Buy product. I returned the product because it had to be restarted frequently. Great customer service from Best Buy during the return process. They allowed me to exchange it for a different brand which I am very pleased with.

    Horrible tv, lines flickering after only a couple months of use, no buttons on the tv, expensive hard to find remote that disconnects half the time. It's not worth the savings, spend a little more and get something quality. You'll end up needing a new tv before the year is through.
