    Audio jack busted pretty much immediately, which seems to be a common problem with these tvs according to online forums. And it will never power on to the device I have selected in the settings menu, so i have to re-select the input every time I turn it on, so that's really annoying. Otherwise, meh. Good deal if you can get it on sale for like $200. Otherwise pass, there are better options.

    The first Insignia - 43" that I bought only lasted me 3 years then the lcd light went out (heartbroken) I loved that tv. so after the 3 years I reached out to BestBuy to see if hey could fix it. Sadly, I was out of warranty and could not get it fixed.. so I said fine, I will spend the money and get a new one since the first one was pretty well. I regret doing it. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I cannot stand to watch it... there is this annoying humming that comes out the speakers!!!! I have the have the tv super loud in order to not hear that sound and whenever there is a moment of no sound on the show/movie I am watching the summing is there!!! the first day I said okay I'll watch/listen to the TV louder than I normally do hoping to forget or tune out the humming well, I went deaf on one ear after that day... all I could hear is the humming... Has anyone else have this issue? how did you fixed it? I am planning on returning this and getting a different brand completely.

    Average Quality 4K TV

    TV reception quality did not look good until I reduced the sharpness down to -20. Even using a Blu-ray on my PS3 showed pixels until I reduced the sharpness. Connecting to my laptop looked great. I think I need to buy a 4K player that will upscale my Blu-ray to 4K. Other TV's have that feature built in. This model does not seem to do it. A little disappointed.

    Bought the 55 inch smart tv, worked great for about a year. Started going blank screen or just bars across the screen. Kept having to do factory reset to get it to work. Finally stopped after a few months. Then we bought a 50 inch for the bedroom, same tv and now after about a year they both randomly lost Wi-Fi connection. Tried doing a factory reset and still doesn't even pick up any networks, even though my router is working fine, had spectrum verify. After a few days they will reconnect. Of course they are out warrenty. Really wished we bought a different brand, online search reveals many issues with Wi-Fi connection with insignia smart tv's. Do some research before buying, but after buying two and having these problems, we junked them got samsauge and have not had a problem yet! Knock on wood

    I bought this TV for the bedroom for FireTV feature. It functions ok for that. Three months in the remote stops working. This is when I found out CANNOT control this TV without the remote. No channel buttons or input buttons or anything. I plugged in a FireTV stick and still can't use it because I have no way to switch the input to an HDMI port where my Firestick resides. No way to watch a Blu-ray now. So I decided I'm going to junk this TV and replace with a Sony or Samsung - you get what you pay for

    Fire TV with Amazon interface is horrid

    Picture quality is meh. But the biggest issue has been trying to adjust the picture ratio so that the full screen is used. Since the fire tv software replaces insignia tv software, there is not an option to adjust the picture setting for widescreen on the amazon movies or other applications. All movies are in the widescreen letterbox and this simply is not changeable. So if you don’t care about this it, tv should be fine. However, if you would like to use all 43 inches of screen for your movies, it’s not doable. I returned the tv.

    I am so bummed because this is a great television when it comes to resolution and content. Unfortunately it glitches all the time. The TV software needs to be fixed and I hope that this doesn’t happen to everyone.

    I bought this tv 2019 it worked great 3 years the screen started to scroll up go back to normal 1 to 2 seconds starts doing it again. I'm glad I bought the warranty.

    Purchased Feb 2019 already having issues. Currently being left on hold with customer service and was told they need to send a tech to look at the TV. The Return policy is only 15 days. So I bought a TV that's not even 2 months old and it already needs repairs???!!! Issues I've had so far include the Blue LED light at bottom of TV which should stay on when TV is off intermittently goes on and off on its own, TV itself turns on all by itself. These are classic signs of possible lose connections inside this TV which could possibly cause further damage to itself or my home. I have had this TV wake me in the middle of the night on more than one occasion and am wondering if its getting ready to burn up inside like it has for other customers who have rated it. I guess I'll leave it unplugged till the service tech comes to look at it. HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES JUST TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FOR TECH. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. FOR THAT MATTER DO NOT BUY ANY INSIGNIA PRODUCT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    I am writing this review after a month of using the tv. It lacks the feature to connect using laptop/phone. It doesn't have the Bluetooth feature which is a basic feature of a smart TV. If I knew this before I wouldn't have bought this tv at all. And the other horrible thing I have noticed is that there is a lag between the voice and video. If given a chance I would return this tv and get TCL Roku tv which I used before.

    Died after 3 years of minimal use. Menu system was always slow and clunky too. Don't recommend. It's cheap for a reason.
