Screen failure within 1 year and 3 months

I was watching youtube and the screen randomly developed vertical lines and color problems exactly 3 to 4 months after the warranty is up. Good tv for the price. Guess I just got a defective one.

One Year after Purchase and it's Gone Bad!

The TV updates often and the updates can take 20minutes plus preventing use of TV during updates process unless update is postponed until later. Biggest problem I have had is the Television's picture has come black due to the back bulb has already failing and needing to be replaced. The TV was purchased 1 year & 1 month ago, and the warranty recently has expired, so the cost to replace the bulb is close to the same amount as what I paid for the TV. The defective bulb may be a fluke; however, I have 2 additional TVs for 2 years with similar specs from other manufacturers that I have had no problems with. The image quality is decent.
