She's 92 and doesn't understand all the different streaming services and their idiosyncrasies. But after this was set up, she breezes through it like a champ. Built-in microphone on the remote acts like an Alexa. just "Switch" to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Cable, whatever you subscribe to. Magic! The 4k .... Wow. Crystal Clear!
