It's a newly built house so I thought maybe the ethernet jack was bad (house is wired with cat 6 ethernet so I avoid using wifi for streaming when possible) One night it took me 45 minutes of rebooting it to finally get it back online. Our modem and router and all other devices in the home were working fine but I rebooted them anyway. Then we had no issues with it for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden it was having issues again. It would either have no internet or boot up to a black screen and you'd have to press the Netflix button to get that to appear and then from there you could go Home. We don't have cable tv, so when the tv won't detect the internet it means we can't use it. It's been working fine for about 3 weeks but I still have the box handy if I need to return it. I don't have much faith in this tv and probably wouldn't buy it again.
