    This tv is ok for gaming (Currently has a Wii U) but boy the tv quality is awful! The screen is grainy and just hard to overlook. Very disappointing. Also the volume is very loud even when set to 1 or 2. It's impossible to watch tv quietly.

    Nice tv.The easiest tv I ever set up.Came with remote.Nice picture.Volume a little low for me.

    I have to give this particular tv 4 stars. The picture looks great, but the issue is the volume. Using my cable box and other devices I have to turn the volume up to at least 50-60 to hear it comfortably.

    We returned a roku tv due to the fact one day it went black and wouldn't turn back on. The only real complaint I had on that one was volume would be maxed and still wasn't very loud. Had warranty which saved us money, so we exchanged it for this one and bought extra roku device. Volume on this tv is twice as capable. So far for the price I cant complain.

    Picture is good but having problems when we turn it on. Most of the time volume wont come on! Have to turn it off and restart. Kinda of pain!

    Tv packs a pretty good punch. Has plenty of apps for streaming. I have it connected to an Apple TV and gave me a bit of trouble at first with volume and inputs, but seems to have gotten along lately. For the price it got it, it’s perfect.

    Only bad thing about this tv is the volume as I personally have to have the volume up pretty dang loud so I’d suggest using a soundbar or something similar.

    I don't really have any cons on this TV except for the price. As my other TV went out after 12 years and i had to replace it quickly, i just wasn't in a good financial place to be choosy. When i lose power from a storm i have to set the TV back to original settings because it loses the volume on it! And it was very frustrating when i set it up and there's a voice on it and you have to go in and find out how to turn that annoying feature off. All in all it's just an ok product.

    It's not the highest-tech TV, but it works well enough. Volume seems to be capped because after a certain point it barely changes even if you go up to the max.

    The TV was a gift for someone. The love it. Only issue I see is the volume. The control has to be turned up higher then other TV's.

    Tv works, the volume, bass and treble are horrible. No matter how much you try to even it out. Don't even go to Youtube to watch a music video. The news and other tv shows volume is fine. Also, the way Besy buy measures tv's is ridiculous. Last purchase.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. This TV is terrible. The picture is blurry no matter what you do. It worked ok til the return window was over. How convenient. Now the volume goes out frequently, its not sure if it wants to turn on. This is the 2nd TV I've bought there and they both had problems. Customer service is garbage. Theyre all foreign, cant put a sentence together and cant help because they dont understand me. But for $200 someone will come to your house to look at it. $200? How ridiculous. No thanks. In-store is a bunch of kids who stand around doing nothing. I'll never buy another item from Best Buy again.

    Extraordinarily difficult to put the legs on this TV. Picture is not sharp and volume fluctuates greatly between channels.

    Got this TV black Friday, did not plug it up until the week prior to Christmas. All of a sudden two weeks of ago when you turn the TV on there is no Volume then it mysteriously comes in about 2 minutes later. In the middle of a program volume will go out, then come back on a few minutes later. Watching a movie on Netflix now stops and starts. Meaning it stops then I have to push play all over again. This started happening after several weeks of ownership. The entire TV is trash better to pay more for quality than cheap and issues. My last tv was Panasonic had it since 2009, no issues as all I just wanted a lighter TV and a smart 4k image tv. Now I have to call, take it off the wall and probably walk it back into Best Buy this is all an inconvenience. I don't even want them to fix it is that all these reviews are similar or issues. This is a faulty product.
