    I purchased January 2020, installed and used it about five times before it went dark with white vertical lines accross the whole screen. No matter what I did, turned it off, unplugged, force shut, nothing worked. I called tech support, unfortunately, out of honeymoon fase, so no returns, only repair is allowed. Since we are in COVID-19 situation, I am out of luck, just have to wait for country to go back to business. Until then, I am out of TV........ Spend a little more and get a better tv, and perhaps from a retailer that may be more gracious to your rights and needs and is more willing to accomodate the customer a little better than what I experienced.
