not so good

It does not respond to the remote to turn on and I have to unplug it to reset. AFTER IT TURNS ON IT WORKS FINE

SMART TV versus a DUMB customer!

HDMI inputs don't work

I noticed back in January that the firestick when I connected it to the HDMI inputs would not be recognized when connected and the screen would still remain black. So silly me upgraded and purchased a brand new firestick since I had that one for abojt 5 years thinking maybe something was wrong with it. I am really not a big TV watcher while I'm in my bedrrom but today I connected the new firestick and bam, it still does't recognize the brand new firestick on any of the HDMI inputs. What a waste of money. I have had this brand TV before and it was much small and actually still works. Never had an issues with it. But all the steaming services already came on the TV so there was no need for a firestick. I'd like to know how to get a refund or replacement because this is truly a headache. Yes I'm a little over a month past the cut off for a refund but a replacement should at best still be honored.

Attaching the legs was difficult since the screw heads are inset so much that a narrow shafted #1 phillips is needed to turn the screws.

Disappointment.

We bought this in December & the picture was alright. The tv kept announcing whatever button we pushed (at the loudest volume, even if you had it on mute) I had never returned anything to Best Buy so didn't return it, since the tv was going in the study room anyways. Now here we are the first of February & it's deciding when to black out & not turn on. But too late to look into returning it. save your money & chose a different brand.

Stopped working...

Kept losing connection but cables and PC were good

Had to wait about 5 minutes before they began working again. Tried different cables but it turned out to be the TV. Had to return.
