    This product was purchased as an open-box sale item, so I wasn't expecting great things. I have been somewhat frustrated with the device, as it frequently struggles to start up when I use my AppleTV with it. The screen flashes between static and black input selection screens repeatedly every time I start it up with the AppleTV. I thought it might be the HDMI cable, but after replacing it, there was no change. Given the option, I would have waited and saved up for a nicer device.

    Nice n all,but the voice doesn’t match up with peoples mouths and it’s very annoying!Not sure if there’s setting that’ll fix that,but I tried!

    Its a great tv a price I couldn't beat only thing is I wish it was a smart tv with apps and I also wish the picture quality was more clear and not so fuzzy, otherwise no complaints.

    Purchased 18 months ago. Started having audio problems a couple months ago, and now has line in the screen. Of course there is only a one year warranty. Do not recommend.

    I bought an open box television. The stand wouldn't connect to the TV. The television itself did not work. Aren't these supposed to working items? I won't be shopping at Best Buy anymore. There is too much competition out there that will sell working items. Best Buy did refund my money; offered no other remedy.

    Not great. Maybe it's the size? There's a shimmering effect that makes glittery flashes periodically in various places (characters hair, clothing or on nature doc's on landscapes or animals) on the screen that didn't happen on my smaller insignia full HD screen. The picture just isn't as good no matter what mode or troubleshooting or reset we do.

    Disappointed that only one of the HDMI ports is 1080 resolution. The other two are only 720.

    This is a great TV at an affordable price. However the base of the TV is not very stable so be careful where you place it.

    I’ve had this for 2 months and it’s already shot out. It was working fine one day, go to turn it on the next day, with no traumatic events having happened throughout the night and the screen covered in black and white lines with no picture. Tip: stick with mainstream brands like Samsung, Sony etc. this is the first I’ve stepped away from those brands and this is what happens. Best Buy of course wont replace it, They patch you through to China for assistance. What a joke
