Pixelated and outdated waste of time

What a waste of money compared to the TCL... small distant objects look like rough little pixelated garbage on my screen. I use my TVs exclusively for gaming. If you’re buying this for gaming, DO NOT BOTHER, please just save a few extra bucks and buy a TCL or something else. Might try and return this thing!

NOT SO GREAT

It's not as crisp as I would like for a new TV. Also, Screen Size Settings are awful. Expanded or Zoomed the images are distorted. Minimize to get a sharper image and there's a 2" black border around programming which reduces viewing area. If I could do over, I'd probably purchase a different TV

screen size loss

Adjusting the picture ot screen size will always make the picture not as sharp, almost fuzzy? I also found with the 40" I also bought two weeks later the same issue. Why?

Do not drop kick.

Insignia TV + Best Buy service = total garbage

This TV is absolute garbage. I would never recommend purchasing TV from Best Buy to anyone. This TV was used less than 4 hours per week and it failed after 14 months. The screen became unwatchable as it was covered with green and blue lines from the top of the screen which obscured the picture. Since the TV is no longer under warranty, Geek Squad would charge a $100 fee to come to the house and look at the TV, plus repair cost. By far,the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with an electronics product. To anyone considering purchasing a TV from Best Buy, I highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere

Disappointed

It constantly loses its sync with the video. Spoke to tech support over the phone, had me adjust digital sync, well that fixed it for a few days, and subsequently, we have had to do it again, and now it seems to be a lost cause.
