    Long wait for pick up

    Ordered online for store pick up and was contacted that it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store went inside for pick up and they could not locate the tv it took 45 minutes before they located the tv. This is a total lack of organization and I should not of had to wait 45 minutes to pick up something at the store

    Brought this as a new tv !! Not open box !!! An It didn’t come with a remote or cord to plug in wall. , smh an I called Best Buy an lady rudely hang up on me an didn’t want to help me to see what can I do to get the remote or the cord that plugs in back of tv to go to the wall ,the package that comes with the warranty an every thing. It was just the tv. I don’t know who’s fault this is but. Bad !! Bad !! Business ! How you sell a tv !! With no remote or plug. I don’t know we’re to start ! On how this happened!!!

    TV lasted about 18 months. Streaking lines were noted in the first few months of purchase (February 2023) but were ignorable but then encountered a frozen screen image and after power cycling TV several times, would only show a solid black screen. Confirmed issue was with tv as the different power oulets, remote and different hdmi cables were ruled out. Bottom line, i got what i paid for.

    I got this TV for my teenage twins for Christmas, and they were very unhappy with the picture. Not for gaming, or 1080 tv programs, quality is very close to old 720p. Still it has a qam tuner and if its below 150.00 it could make for a good spare room TV.
