Poor grainy picture

Its grainy and no matter what settings I use and /or calibrate, its still poor. If you have to look online and calibrate all the settings just to get a descent picture then there is obviously something wrong.

They basically ruined the birthday gift from my wife. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. DONE.

This is the second time I have had a tv delivered and both times it was crushed. And both around the holidays. Had to rush to an actual store last minute to replace so my grandma could have a tv. It seems like best buy takes very little care when it comes to deliveries. The box had obviously been strapped down way too tightly, enough to warp the frame of the tv and destroy the screen. The tv may actually be a good product but I have no idea, had to trade in for a smaller sizes tv that was more expensive

Cheap quality tv

This was our first time buying Insignia. We got the 39" on sale and ended up exchanging because it wouldn't connect to wifi so we exchanged it for this one in store and we were so disappointed once we turned it on. Picture quality was so bad, it looked like a very old tv and the "voice" walking us thought the set up was terrible. We didn't even finish setting up. Will be returning asap.
