    It is okay. There are many time where the remote will not keep up and there are many "dramatic pauses". So much so that we avoid this tv if we can. I would not buy again.

    I returned this television because it wasn’t a smart TV and it just didn’t seem like it offered anything and it wasn’t worth the money it cost no bang for my buck .

    Picture went out less than 1 month

    Less than a month and the picture became very light. Did trouble shooting by turning off and holding for 10 seconds then turning back on. Resolved the problem but for how long? This shouldn't happen on a brand new tv.

    Horrible TV- Less than 6 months old and the volume goes ALL the way up, all day- would not recommend.

    NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS PLEASE!

    The tv itself is great but when took it out of the box it was missing one of the leg stands n all the screws. Still haven’t gotten replacement parts and it’s been almost a month and still haven’t gotten to enjoy the tv..

    Tv stopped working

    Tv stopped working after two weeks. Literally a day after I threw the box out to make room for the necessities that we had to get to be locked in due to Covid. Called Best Buy and since they are closed right now I have to wait until this goes away and get my money back.

    Most shows look great, but some, which are broadcast in UHD like Mandalorian are so dark they're unwatchable. I've called SONY and broadcasters (Disney, etc.) and they can't solve the issue...

    Basic tv. Doesn’t read media off of usb, doesn’t have smart features. Should be taken off shelf. Clearly from over 10 years ago.

    Was watching TV and it just went to a blank screen. Unplugged TV plugged it back in, still blank screen. Called customer service to open a case and attempt to get a replacement in store. Very inconvenient after only 5 days this item doesn't work any more. First time I've bought Insignia brand and most likely the last.

    I bought it because it was cheap. And I got exactly what I paid for. The worst TV I've ever owned. The picture is terrible, no matter what setting it is on. It has a white spot in the lower left corner that has been there since the first moment it was turned on. Totally disappointed.

    Decent TV for a month

    Bought the TV in May, within 1 month the TV shows a vertical line on the right side of the screen. Contacted support and was sending out a service call to get the TV repaired under manufacture warranty. Geeksquad wanted to charge me $130 for the visit when the TV cost $139 before tax. It was supposed to be covered under 1 year manufacture warranty parts and labor.

    absolutely horrible. zero stars if i could. i had this tv for 14 days before it started to show backlight bleeding. the price may look nice, but there’s so many better options. the speakers were not that great either. cant return it, so now i’m stuck with it.

    The screen flashed over fences and patterns like that. The tv having 2 stands on each side instead of there being one in the middle was an inconvenience

    7 months I’ve had this tv, tonight my nephew turned it on to watch it and it worked fine then 5 minutes later he calls me in cause the screen is black and there’s sound but no picture. Like I said I’ve had it 7 months so I doubt I’ll get any sort of refund or exchange… I will not be buying insignia again…. Neither of my Samsungs have done this and I’ve had them for years.

    Don't waste your money or time

    I'm about to return unit 2 of 2 for power-cycle issues. It simply doesn't stay on. I think it has to do with the "fixed" power cord. It's not removable, like most TV's. Save your frustration and spend a little more money for an LG or a Samsung.
