Very very loud burst of sound. Scares you if you’re not ready for it

Not sure if I got a defective TV

Plugged it in a month after I bought it and nothing on the screen. I attempted twice to get in the store to report it and could not because of the pandemic restrictions. Best Buy does not answer their phones so I was not able to contact anyone and the TV is still sitting in my car for months. I would appreciate some help on this issue. Please contact me about it as your phones are not answerable.

3 months then screen stop working

Dying at 3 months - no support from Best Buy

Best Buy's Insignia brand apparently does not last at all. No support apparently from Best Buy for their own Insignia brand. The tv was purchased simply to play a photo slideshow at my restaurant. At 3 months it is showing grainy horizontal lines across the entire screen. Very disappointed in Insignia and Best Buy.

Poor quality

It is now completely unwatchable. At first we thought it was a bad cable box but after trying the box with a different TV, we are sure it is a bad TV. Very poor quality for a TV to last less than 1 year!

Don’t do it

When purchasing indicated smart then receipt shows something else. Tried to cancel but only got sent around the other side of the world to discuss with hard to understand people trying to talk like the are from the USA. They continued to lose connection until finally said ‘too late to cancel’. Haven’t turned it on yet but imagine it won’t be impressive.

Cheaply made

The leg stands on mine malfunctioned and do not fit to the base of the TV. Either this is a manufacturing error or a Best Buy error, but either way I ended up having to spend more money on a new compatible TV stand so I can make this one work. If it doesn't work, I will have to send this TV back.

Be Ware

Buyers beware, this second one died in SEPTEMBER 2022, A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND I PAID MORE THAN THE FIRST. Shame on you Best Buy, I chatted and was told to call manufacture, best buy gave me the number but I do not expect much. Sad for Me.

Picture Quality Is Lackluster

Wrong! The picture quality is horrible. If you watch any show that is dark the entire screen is super pixelated and not sharp at all. I have adjusted all the settings and it still does not fix it. In the future I won’t buy an insignia.

Good tv

Cheap, not inexpensive

Took it back and exchanged for the same model (sales associate was great and even unboxed to make sure it worked). 1 week of normal usage and now there’s a super bright spot near the right bezel of the screen the size of a dime. Quality doesn’t always have to come with elevated costs but, this misses the mark badly.

Dont buy Insignia

This is the 2nd insignia tv i have had problems with. The tv was less than 30 days old and it starting turning on and off by itself and would not stay on. Dont buy this or any other insignia tv its a best buy brand and they cant even honor a 30 day return. Now because I have store credit Ihave to buy another tv from Best Buy and spend more money to get a better tv.

Waste of Money

One night she was trying to turn the television off and it would not power off. She unplugged the TV and plugged it back in and as of today, June 19th, 2021 the TV will not turn on. No power or anything.
