    Its been only a year since having this tv. I don't want a smart tv..and this was the next best thing. Unfortunately, this tv now has very obvious horizontal lines of color going through it making it distracting to watch.

    I seriously question why anybody would make a television that has such a poor screen. I mean if you're going to go to the trouble to make a unit, at least make it viewable. I was very disappointed. Very. The fact that it is this inexpensive just indicates it's quality, or lack thereof.

    The picture is grainy and pixelated and while i get that its a cheaper tv, i wasn’t expecting this level of quality.

    I still waiting my TV... The delivery driver said dropped on the door and I tried to tracking and say Delivered... I was all day waiting and checking the door every hour. Bad experience I won't buy again best buy delivery... Always buy on wallmart and never I hadn't a problem. I think I lost or waste my money.

    I bought the tv 3 weeks ago and it started having weird waves on the left side of the screen. I contacted the customer service and they said they cannot replace and I have to contact the manufacture. Never again buy anything from Best Buy. Very inconvenient service. And buy the way, the TV is insignia which is brand of the Best Buy company.

    Within a few months of use the screen was displaying lines across the bottom which just got progrssively worse
