    The TV has a strong smell. It gave me a headache. The smell fill's my whole house, it's toxic. Buyer beware, this tv has a really bad smell.

    Bout this TV brand new, couldn’t get the tv speakers to work. Output to digital audio worked fine tho. Speakers must be dead, will return to Best Buy.

    very disappointed, old model and not a smart tv, if you don't have cable tv, you'll need to get a fire stick separately, so you'll have to spend more money, don't buy it.

    I bought this thinking it was a smart tv that would operate from my Wifi. Once I got it hooked up, needs an antenna. Even worse, it’s past the return date. So I guess it’s worthless purchase.

    Almost immediately after purchase had a problem After watching tv for 2-3 hours the screen goes completely "grey" and no sound. Unable to watch any television for rest of the evening. Same thing any day....after 2-3 hours. Was physically unable to return it.

    This TV Died in 1 1/4 years has a 1 year warranty

    I bought the TV July 2021 - It died December 2023 - Lasted ONLY 1 1/4 YEARS and yes, only a 1 year warranty! Besides, the sound was weak.

    Only had this TV for 6 months and the tv turns on but the screen is black with a hue from the back light. It was working fine up until 6-7-22 not sure what I am suppose to do now. I have tried everything.

    I bought this tv twice. The first one was damaged (screen and side panel were bent), and the second one had dead pixels in the lower right quadrant.

    I was told one date so I made the purchase and then it was changed to a week latter not a good sale I could have picked up at store . they were gifts for my grand daughters and I had to show up with nothing but a photo of a tv. very bad feeling not happy
