    Screen went black after less than 20 days of use. Bestbuy won’t make it right because it’s been longer than 15 days. I won’t buy a brand that won’t last a month, and I won’t buy from a store that refuses to stand by their product.

    Was listed as excellent condition. When it arrived it was just a TV in a box with no wrap or anything. The screen is badly cracked.

    When I turn my t.v on I get no sound I have to unplug the tv and plug it bk up just to hear it.

    Bought 43 in power button is broken came with no remote . pretty upset about it. All I need is universal remotes I try to contact somebody told me I have to come in but now I'm trying to find time to go in it's a struggle.

    Movies and shows have black bars top and bottom of screen. If you use aspect button to fill entire screen then you don't get the full picture. Don't buy!

      Sorry for your bad experience. The TV screen is 16:9 while streaming content is not. It chong just fine. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    The tv did not work out of the box. I talked to Insignia. Went through all the trouble shooting steps. No luck. Had to return it.

    I bought this exact same model in 2020 for 149.99. A year and a half later the "Black Friday Sale" price is 229.99. 40.00 off a regular price of 269.99 ? Are you kidding me? PURE GREED.

    Lasted all of about 30 days before the sound and video no longer matched up. This was happening to DVD movies not streaming services so I returned it for a different brand. Don’t waste your time and money.

    Don’t buy! I got this tv on September 22 today is October 12th this tv is cutting on and off by itself. Idk why it’s but it’s too soon to be having issues
