    Came damaged. Did not open and expected it to work but when I got to install had a huge crack and Best Buy would not take back since past 30 pay limit. Three 150 in the trash,

    3 days after my son opened his insignia tv i bought from best buy it started making crackling sounds and sparks from the back of the tv. dont buy this. its a fire hazard.

    Audio was so out of sync with picture I couldn't watch it. Returned it and bought a Sceptre instead and am pleased with the performance of the new one.
