I bought this tv as a gift and had it shipped to Illinois for Christmas. When my grandson opened it, the screen had been damaged in shipping. The local Best Buy store was very helpful and took care of everything! The TV works great and my grandson loves it for gaming.

While I was hesitant on buying an "out of box" tv it came like brand new with everything the description said it would. It works perfectly and the price was just right! Will definitely purchase more electronics from Best Buy

TV works fine, however when unboxed it was missing the screws to attach the legs to the base. Had to go to Home Depot to find screws that fit. Also, the design of the plastic legs do not provide for a very sturdy support.

This is one of the better bang for your buck TV's, no dead pixels and pretty good image quality that's not over saturated like other cheap TV's. However, the default picture settings are pretty bad, I would recommend turning the sharpness all the way down, especially if you're planning on gaming on it.

I just wanted to say that we have 3 of these and have had them since 2020. They are holding up just fine and get used all the time.

I've never been able to change the audio out setting, it's been greyed out since it got here. Other than that, good TV.

We got an open box TV and it looks good but did not come with instructions or screws for the legs to stand the TV up. The specs do not give the size of the screws we need and we cannot use the TV without the screws.

Wanted TV set up on-delivery. The cost for set up was prohibited . Set up cost much more than total value ofTV. RIDICULOUS!!!!

The good news...I loved this TV, sound, picture, all good. The bad news...My understanding is that tv's should last at least 5 years. My tv just just stopped working after 2 years, no picture, no sound. The ugly, Unfortunately, I only purchased the 2 year warranty, instead of the 5 year, so that's useless. I guess I'm going to have to research another brand.

After 6 months the picture all a sudden went awful, like it was only 480p resolution, if even that, before then was pleased enough with it. Tried everything to fix, to no avail. All TVs today are just built cheap, cheap, cheap, lucky to last a year, I bet even for a more expensive Sony. Prior TV (of different brand) we had didn't last much longer. Pretty certain this TV could not handle the strain of going outside the default 'Energy Efficient' picture mode, which is really kind of drab, and pretty certain this is the case with all TVs today, struggle outside the default 'Energy Efficient' picture mode. Now I long for the days of tube TVs, at least they lasted far longer. We are a pathetic throw-away society now, quality is no longer a standard. We had used this Insignia TV as more a monitor for a home theater system, with SFF PC hooked up, along with stereo receiver system, being we don't do cable anymore, just streaming services. This time around went with a 43" PC monitor for a much higher price rather than a TV, I just don't trust TV quality these days anymore, seems like they're all low quality garbage. Hopefully the monitor lasts far longer, and did add an extended warranty to it just in case.

This is a good product .it is better then most other brands out there .just the shipping problems we have coming damage .so far so good

I liked the way the tv fit into the scheme of my room. I did have issues though. Overall, images appeared washed out. The sound was abysmally poor. Additionally, there was a very loud announcement of every action I took (on/off, volume, channel change/adjustments). There was no manual nor was there a link to direct me in how to customize my tv. I work 10-hour days and Best Buy's 15 day exchange window did not give me sufficient time to "kick the tires". When I called the service number, the person answering the phone did not offer any assistance although he did a great job of setting up a pickup date after I shared my discontent with him. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. One star because I truly liked the tv, but I didn't have time to figure out how to make it do what I wanted or if it would even do what I wanted: give me good resolution and sound. The second star because Best Buy did an excellent job of helping me to return the set within the 15-day return period.

Great price for this TV. Easy to order and was delivered fast. Would use best buy anytime.
